Kayaking and mountain miking are other popular activities among visitors to the islands,and offer a great chance to explore the island. Many guests at Sara Resort will avail of trips to the larger neighbouring island of Koh Rong. The main tourist beach of Koh Touch has a vibrant atmosphere with many bars and hotels. There are also many quieter relaxing beaches such as Long Beach and Lonely Beach, which offer a more relaxing atmosphere. With many waterfalls, bays, capes, and stunning rock formations, as well as the jungle, this is also an island worth exploring.
Snorkelling and Scuba Diving sessions are highly recommended for those who like the water and who wish to explore the unique underwater ecosystems and coral reefs in the surrounding bays. There are 7 dive sites alone on Koh Rong Samloem, with a further 15 dive sites in close proximity. There are both SSI and PADI operators offering these snorkelling and diving experiences so your experience is guaranteed to be terrific. Tickets can be purchased from us at Sara Resort.

Jungle Trekking is a great way to explore the unique landscape and observe the resident wildlife at Koh Rong Samloem. There are a number of trekking paths crossing the island from one side to the other which offer a chance to embrace the rugged jungle, which is the ideal habitat for many animals and birds. There are tour guides offering guided trekking, who know of where to see the best of the jungle, and the best sites for photographs to make your friends jealous.
